Prior to joining Bank Owned Services, Joyce was Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Services for US Bank, REO Manager for Wilshire Credit Corporation, Director of Real Estate Owned for Select Portfolio Services, FVP of Real Estate Owned for ABN AMRO and Vice President of Real Estate Owned of Impac Companies. Joyce has been responsible for the preservation, marketing and disposition of over 100,000 REO properties in her career to date.

Mr. Vratanina, Co-Founder of Pinnacle Financial, has more than 25+ years of experience in front-end and back office, mortgage origination, REO and serving operations with an emphasis on the following:

Douglas F. Long, Managing Partner
Mr. Long is a 25 year veteran of the mortgage industry. In 1988, he Co-Founded Pinnacle Financial Corporation which grew to become one of the largest, independently-owned mortgage lenders in the nation. Under his direction, Pinnacle developed direct buy-sell relationships with some of the largest investors in the secondary market. Those investors include:
